Hi! My name is Andrew, and I want to make your next record. I’ve been working as an audio engineer for the past 16 years, and in that time, I've worked with literally hundreds of artists.  In 2017, I realized a long-held dream by opening my own studio, Flash Recording. At Flash Recording, I have the privilege of working with a state-of-the-art 32 channel SSL Origin console, which has become the heart of our operation.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with Juno nominees and winners, including incredible artists like Die Mannequin and Moka Only. My work spans a wide array of genres, from rock and country to reggae and folk, reflecting my versatility and passion for diverse musical styles.

My goal has always been to make great records at an accessible price point, ensuring that high-quality production is within reach for all artists. I understand and relate to the creative journey of musicians because I’m one myself. As a member of internationally touring reggae band Generous Thieves, I understand the challenges and struggles that an artist faces in today's musical landscape.  I bring a unique perspective and empathy to the recording process, striving to support artists in achieving their vision.
